As many of you in the wrestling world know, today the 2011 Royal Rumble took place in Boston, Mass. The winner of the royal rumble match was Alberto Del Rio, who once was as a luchador in Mexico, when he eliminated Randy Orton (my favorite wrestler) and Santino Marella to earn a right to main event at Wrestlemania 27. But another thing I would like to mention is that this is not the first time that a former luchador has won the prestigious event. Back in 2006, Rey Mysterio won the match despite being the second entrant in the match (usually 30 people enter the match, but this year's was different with 40). I included a YouTube video of the last moments of the match for you guys to watch, in case you want to see it or just relive the moment again.
